Ryan Walterhouse - Responsible for Security at a Federal Facility

Ryan Walterhouse is a security professional who builds on experience as a police officer in protecting personnel, sensitive information, and government facilities. Responsible for access oversight, he monitors exit and entry points of facilities and maintains alarm, CCTV, and other security systems. Ryan Walterhouse undertakes regular patrols that ensure proper premises safety and security. He engages collaboratively with various federal agencies, as well as private contractors and local law enforcement.

Mr. Walterhouse was a double letterman at Bishop O'Dowd High School and excelled at baseball, achieving All-Bay and First Team All-Conference recognition. He continued to play ball while attending Ohlone College, and was on the 2010 State Championship team. He also competed in baseball while an undergraduate at Indiana State University, working toward his criminal justice degree.

Mr. Walterhouse’s background extends to serving as a police officer with the Oakland Police Department, a role in which he undertook neighborhood patrols and investigations related to criminal and suspicious activities. A graduate of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Academy, Ryan Walterhouse has been certified as an emergency medical technician.
